Developer United Properties (Minneapolis) is planning to build Amira Lake Elmo, a 55+ active adult community, in Lake Elmo, Minn.
Situated on 12 acres, the community will include 147 residential units, ranging from alcove studio to three-bedroom units. Design features will include luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
Residents will have access to a yoga studio and saunas, art studio, hobby shop, library, and clubhouse.
Outdoor amenities will include covered parking, additional private storage, electric vehicle charging stations, and a pet wash station.
The project team comprises LSE Architects (architect; Minneapolis), Eagle Building Company (construction; Minneapolis), and Great Lakes Management (property manager; Minneapolis).
The community is expected to open in summer 2025.
