American House Senior Living Communities (Southfield, Mich.) is opening an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community in Oak Park, Ill., this fall, according to an article in oakpark.com.
American House Oak Park will house 76 independent living units, 66 assisted living units, and 35 memory care units. More than 20 different floor plans will be offered including studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenities for the independent and assisted living communities will include fitness centers and outdoor spaces featuring fire pits, and barbecue areas as well as a sky bar on the seventh floor with city views.
