American House Senior Living Communities (Southfield, Mich.) and national commercial real estate developer REDICO (Southfield) opened American House Oak Park in Oak Park, Ill., according to the website streetinsider.com.
The 70-story community includes 76 independent living units, 66 assisted living units, and 35 memory care units.
Residents have access to resort-style amenities including a fitness center, spa, salon, formal and casual dining spaces, green roof terraces, and a sky bar.
