Resort-style senior living community Amblebrook at Gettysburg has started construction on the third of five planned neighborhoods in Gettysburg, Pa., according to pennlive.com.
The project will add 259 units for residents ages 55+ as part of the Highland neighborhood. It is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
The project team includes owner and operator Crown Community Development and developer CCD Rock Creek LLC, both based in Naperville, Ill.
Amblebrook at Gettysburg amenities include a 24,000-square-foot activities clubhouse and 22,000-square-foot fitness center.
