Ambassador At Greenwich Community Planned For Washington State

The assisted living and memory care community will have 127 residential units.

Developer/owner Renamba Greenwich LLC (Manhasset, N.Y.) and developer Amba Sharma (Manhasset) are planning the Ambassador at Greenwich in Wenatchee, Wash., according to the website greenwichtime.com.

The multistory project will include 97 one-bedroom assisted living units and 30 memory care units with studio options, as well as seven two-bedroom units.

Amenities will include a library, art gallery, special event center, and cinema. A green roof is also planned.

Perkins Eastman (New York) will serve as the project’s architect.
