Operator Allegro Senior Living (St. Louis) is expanding its Florida footprint with the addition of Allegro Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The eight-story community will include 188 independent, assisted living, and memory care units.
Residents will have access to multiple indoor and outdoor dining facilities, a two-story theater, sky lounge, salon and spa, fitness and wellness center, pool, outdoor fireplace, bourbon and whiskey lounge, boardwalk, outdoor gardens, dog park, and boat access.
The project team for the 280,000-square-foot project includes developer Alliance Residential Company (Boca Raton, Fla.), architecture firm MSA Architects (Miami), and construction firm Flynn Engineering (Fort Lauderdale).
The community is expected to open in mid-to-late 2023.
