All American Assisted Living Set To Open In New York

The $12.6 million, two-story community will include a sitting parlor, media room, and wellness site.

Kaplan Development Group (Jericho, N.Y.) is readying to open All American Assisted Living, a 58,000-square-foot, two-story community in Coram, N.Y., that will offer assisted living, memory care, and respite care.

Amenities spaces include a sitting parlor, bistro, dining room, library, and media room. Outdoor spaces offer a covered front porch, rear patio with trellis, courtyard, bocce court, and putting green.

The project team comprises Merlino Designs (interior design; Gulph Mills, Pa.), Engelbrecht & Griffin Architects (architecture; Newburyport, Mass.), Hayduk Engineering (civil engineer; Long Island, N.Y.), Shelly Engineering Inc. (structural engineer; Gray, Me.), BLW Engineers (MEP; Littleton, Mass.),  and Racanelli Construction Company Inc.  (general contractor; Melville, N.Y.).

The $12.6 million community is slated to open in early 2021.
