Senior living management firm AgeWell Solvere Living (North Palm Beach, Fla.) announced the grand opening of 81 Oaks, an assisted living and memory care community in Sarasota, Fla., according to the website southfloridanews.com.
The community features a variety of amenity spaces, including a movie theatre, spa and fitness center, bistro, club room, bar, and multifunctional community rooms.
Outdoor amenities include a terrace with gazebo, walking trails, and secure internal courtyards.
The project team includes Lawson Group Architects (architect; Sarasota) and N21 Group (developer; Sarasota).
