Developer Efficacy Consulting (St. Louis) is set to open The New Broadview, a mixed-use development that includes affordable senior living, in St. Louis, according to a news release.
Opening in a former historic hotel, the senior living project consists of 110 units, including 97 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom units, as well as 11 units designated for veterans.
Amenities for the senior living community will include a business and technology center, beauty and barber salon, restaurant, and exercise facility. The development also includes 20,000 square feet of commercial space and business offices.
The project team will comprise Fulson Housing Group (codeveloper; Lees Summit, Mo.) and Community Lifeline (nonprofit co-developer; St. Louis).
