Affordable Senior Living Community Holds Ribbon-cutting Ceremony In Illinois

The 71-unit independent living project includes a wellness and fitness center.

Alden Foundation (Chicago), a nonprofit development organization focused on affordable housing for seniors, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of Warrenville Horizon Senior Living Community in Warrenville, Ill., according to an article in Daily Herald.

The 62+, affordable community includes 71 one- and two-bedroom independent living units, a community room, theater, wellness and fitness center, library, and game room.

The project team includes ADG Design (architect; Alexandria, Va.) and Alden Bennett Construction Company Inc. (general contractor; Chicago).
