Developer McDowell Housing Partners (Miami) completed the second phase of development for Ekos Cadenza, an affordable senior living community in Naples, Fla., according to a news release.
The second phase entails a new 5-story building housing 160 studio, one-, and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 527 to 1,007 square feet. The addition doubles the size of the community, which opened with 160 units in the first phase in October 2024.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, game room, media center, pickleball court, outdoor wet bar, and clubhouse.
