A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the completion of a redevelopment of Cobbs Hill Village Senior Living Apartments in Rochester, N.Y., according to a news release from Colliers Engineering & Design (Pittsburgh, Pa.), which partnered with SWBR Architects (Rochester, N.Y.) on the design.
The redeveloped community houses 104 studio and one-bedroom units for residents ages 55 and older. Amenities include shared lounge spaces and outdoor recreational areas.
The community is owned and operated by Rochester Management Inc. (Rochester, N.Y.).
