Developer Keller Development (Fort Wayne, Ind.) is on track to complete construction in the summer of 2025 on Ashton Acres, an affordable senior living community in New Palestine, Ind., according to the Greenfield Daily Reporter.
The 2-story community will house 50 two-bedroom units for residents ages 55+, with rents based on annual incomes.
