Developer Foresight Housing Partners (Las Vegas) held a groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of construction on PuraVida Senior Living, a new affordable senior living community in Las Vegas, according to a ktnv.com.
The project consists of 74 single-story units across 14 buildings on a 3-acre site, with amenities including a community center and pickleball courts.
The project is expected to be completed by 2026.
