Operator Aegis Living (Bellevue, Wash.) opened Aegis Living Laurelhurst, an assisted living and memory care community, in Laurelhurst, Wash.

The six-story, 136-unit community’s architectural style and interior spaces reference the historic “collegiate gothic” features of the nearby University of Washington as well as the neighborhood’s historical Tudor and craftsman styles residences.

Amenities at the community include a massage room, fitness studio, sky lounge with views of the UW campus, outdoor terrace, sports-themed pub, movie theater, and salon.
