Senior living operator Acts Retirement-Life Communities (Fort Washington, Pa.) is readying to expand Lanier Village Estates (Gainesville, Ga.) beginning mid-August, according to an article in The Times.
The 24-acre expansion will include the addition of 31 two-bedroom units (shown). The community currently has 303 independent living units, 40 assisted living units, 31 carriage homes, and 64 skilled nursing units.
