Management company Sparrow Living (Sunset Valley, Texas) and real estate developer Sparrow Partners (Rollingwood, Texas) are breaking ground on an active adult community in Norman, Okla.
The 168-unit Sage Cobblestone will feature resort-style amenities including a pool and sundeck, fenced-in dog park, fitness center, game lounge, media lounge, community garden, library, and pickleball court.
The project team includes Kimley-Horn (architecture; Akron, Ohio), Norris Design (landscape architecture; Denver), Integrity Structural (MEP; Harris County, Texas), and Joseph Lawrence & Co. (engineering consultant; Altamonte Springs, Fla.).
