Developer Omni Senior Living (Solon, Ohio) and manager Arrow Senior Living (St. Charles, Mo.) opened a new active adult community in Solon, Ohio, according to an article in Cleveland Jewish News.
The 150-unit Vitalia Solon features independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom unit options. Amenities include a theater, game room, salon, indoor swimming pool, exercise room, library, courtyard, and outdoor dining area.
The project team includes W Design (interior design; Chagrin Falls, Ohio).
