Situated on 5 acres, the three-story Avenida Hendersonville will house 138 units that include high-end features, including granite countertops, luxury vinyl tile and carpet flooring, tile backsplashes, and undermount sinks. Floor plans will be offered in one- and two-bedroom options.
Amenity spaces will include a clubhouse with a theater, dining room, fitness center, gardens, and dog park.
The project team includes Poole & Poole Architecture (designer; Nashville, Tenn.) and McShane Construction Company (construction; Rosemont, Ill.).
Completion is slated for May 2022.
