Developer MGM Development Group (Monroe, La.) broke ground on Rapides Senior Living in Alexandria, La., according to the website kalb.com.
Situated on 15.2 acres, the $9 million community will include 48 residential units, green space, and a walking trail.
The project team includes Brockman Builders (builder; Monroe).
Construction is expected to be completed in spring 2023.
