Integral Senior Living (Carlsbad, Calif.) and Greystone Housing Impact Investors (Omaha, Neb.) broke ground on Valage Carson Valley in Minden, Nev., according to the website tahoedailytribune.com.
The $8 million senior living community will feature 56 assisted living units and 46 memory care units. The assisted living units will comprise studio and one- and two-bedroom options.
Resident amenities include a fitness center, fenced-in dog park, outdoor terrace, raised garden beds, theater, chapel, and salon and day spa.
The project team includes PI Architects (architect; Austin, Texas), Metcalf Builders (general contractor: Carson City, Nev.), and Leading Light Development (developer and construction consultant; Tulsa, Okla.).
Valage Carson Valley is expected to open in fall 2024.
