Wallick Communities (New Albany, Ohio) is building a new $73 million Meadow Valley Senior Living in Traverse City, Mich., according to an article in traverseticker.com.
The main building will comprise 50 independent living units, 60 assisted living units, and 44 memory care units. The independent living units will be available in studio and one- and two-bedroom options, while the memory care units will feature private and semi-private options. The new community will also offer 20 cottages.
Amenity spaces will include a movie theater, exercise facility, game room, beauty salon and barber shop, and pickleball court.
Completion is scheduled for spring 2024.
