Nonprofit Silver Key Senior Services (Colorado Springs, Colo.) opened the 62+ Silver Key Apartments at Murrays in Colorado Springs, according to The (Colorado Springs) Gazette.
The affordable senior living community includes 50 residential units, a computer lab, thrift store, and café. Residents also have access to a food pantry and a meals and nutrition program.
The project team includes developer MGL Partners (Denver) and general contractor B.C. Builders (Denver).
