Essex (Omaha, Neb.), a developer, general contractor and operator of active adult and independent living communities, is planning a new active 55+ senior living community in Sioux Falls, S.D.
The Parkwood will include 133 units, available in one- and two-bedroom options. The units will feature optional dens, open floor plans, walk-in closets, in-unit washers and dryers, and covered balconies or terraces.
Amenity spaces will include community rooms, a coffee shop, salon, library, theater, guest suite, dog wash station, car wash bay, and climate-controlled, under-building parking.
The project is slated to open in spring 2023.
