NorthStar Hutto, a new active adult senior living community, is under development in Hutto, Texas, according to an article in Community Impact.
Situated on 11.74 acres, the multifamily complex for residents age 55+ will house 216 units, a clubhouse, pool, and dog park.
The project team comprises Sage Architecture (architect; Sacramento, Calif.).
Construction is scheduled to begin this summer and take 16 to 18 months.
