Situated on 12 acres, the 298,800-square-foot NorthStar Georgetown includes 210 units.
Amenities include a central community space and outdoor amenities, including a pool area with pergola, outdoor kitchen grilling area, garden courtyards with firepits, bocce ball court, dog park, and pickleball court plaza.
