$53M Luxury Senior Community Opens In Florida

United Group of Companies (New York), Sina Companies LLC (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.), and Mayan Properties, an affiliate of Aztec Group (Miami), opened a luxury senior community for 55+ active adults in Palm Beach Gardens.

The $53 million Arcadia Gardens includes 220 one- and two-bedroom units with deluxe finishes, quartz countertops, in-unit washers and dryers, and screened in lanais. Units range in size from 726 to 2,322 square feet.

The project includes a 15,210-square-foot clubhouse with an outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, yoga studio, dining room, lounge, movie theater, game room, and salon. Residents also have access to landscaped grounds featuring a lake, community garden, outdoor kitchen, firepits, fenced dog park, and bocce and pickleball courts.
