The New Mexico State Land Office (Santa Fe, N.M.) approved a lease on state land to construct Farolito Apartments, a new senior living community, in Albuquerque, according to the website abqjournal.com.
The 80,000-square-foot community will house 92 residential units and is expected to be completed in July 2025.
Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (Albuquerque, N.M.) is the architect on the project.
