The annual Environments for Aging Conference + Expo, held April 13-16 in Atlanta, will host the AIA Breakfast for attendees at Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta on Monday, April 15, from 8-8:50 a.m.
During the AIA Design For Aging (DFA) Knowledge Community Breakfast and Program, “How Design Influences Resident Satisfaction in Senior Housing – An Owner’s Perspective,” speakers will discuss how design has changed their communities and created a positive impact on residents and caregivers.
The panel will be moderated by Alexis Burck, principal, senior living studio leader at SmithGroup.
The panelists include:
- Felicia Sveda, chief operating officer, Lenbrook
- Margaret Suit, vice president, architecture, design and development, Erickson Senior Living
- Matthew Butler, senior design manager, LCS Development
