13th Floor Homes, the homebuilding division of Miami-based 13th Floor Investments, has plans to break ground on Delray Trails, a 55-plus active adult community in Delray Beach, Fla.
Delray Trails will be situated on 120 acres, which is the former site of the Villa Delray Trail Golf Course, and feature 436 homes, including 164 single-family units and 272 villa units.
The community will include a 10-plus acre recreation campus featuring resort-style pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and shuffleboard courts. A clubhouse addition will house a billiards room, café, library, fitness center, and multiple card rooms.
Other features being added to the site include new lakes and canals, Florida-friendly landscaping, pocket parks and gardens, and walking trails. Plans also include large buffer areas between the neighboring community and Delray Trails.
Completion is slated for 2021.
