Church of God in Christ Mennonite (Homeworth, Ohio), a small church among the various denominations known as Mennonites, is developing the Homestead Heights of New Berlin senior living community in Middleburg, Pa., according to the website dailyitem.com.
Situated on 32 acres, the community will include 14 independent living cottages, 10 independent living units, and 12 assisted living units.
The project team comprises SFCS Architects (architect; Blue Bell, Pa.) and Axtman Engineering (civil engineer; Turbotville, Pa.).
The $12.4 million campus is slated to open in 2025.
