Owner, operator, and developer Senior Lifestyle (Chicago) is collaborating with investment firm Kaufman Jacobs to develop The Sheridan at Severna Park in Pasadena, Md., according to the website pasendavoice.com.
The community will include 84 assisted living units, 18 memory care units, a fitness studio, art studio, memory garden, and salon and spa.
It is slated to open in spring 2023.
