Luxury home developer Toll Brothers (Fort Washington, Pa.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on an expansion at The Pines at Sugar Creek, a 55+ active adult community in Indian Land, S.C., according to a news release.
The expansion project will add new single-family units as well as community amenity spaces including a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, and pickleball, tennis and bocce courts. Single-family units range from 1,680 to 3,174 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to four full bathrooms, as well as two- to three-car garages.
