Hearthstone at Wildwood is an assisted living and memory care facility closely located to The Villages, Fla., and part of an existing 170-acre planned development. This suburban haven features several residential subdivisions built around lakes with pedestrian friendly walkways and access to a 13,000-community clubhouse.

The design exudes a transitional Mediterranean style similar to the surrounding community of warm terracotta roofs and crisp clean exterior stucco facades with bronze accents. The interior welcomes you home with a central destination for amenities that are amplified with high ceilings, curated tray inset details, dazzling lighting, dramatic archways and eye-catching built-in details. Lush landscaped courtyards within the assisted living and memory care wings showcase water fountains, bird houses, dining spaces, and numerous outdoor shaded seating options that promote relaxation, wellness, and healing with nature.

The development program sought to maximize construction and architectural efficiency through a wood frame product while adhering to latest policies and building features to ensure overall safety of residents. By implementing this development program, the project will be able to reach a more affordable price point and capture a larger market.
