Copper Trace, an assisted living community owned and operated by CarDon & Associates (Bloomington, Ind.), is nearing completion of an $8.6 million expansion in Westfield, Ind.

The project will add 40 assisted living units, including 33 one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom residences, to the existing 36 units, according to an article on townepost.com.

Expanded amenities include a renovated bistro and enhanced fitness room.

The project team includes architecture and interior design firm Studio Three Design (Fishers, Ind.) and general contractor Summit Construction (Indianapolis).
