Construction Progresses On Wisteria At Warner Center Senior Community In Woodland Hills, California

The six-story CCRC will include 647 residential units, a healthcare center, and ground-floor retail and dining spaces.

Construction has gone vertical on Wisteria at Warner Center, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), in Woodland Hills, Calif., according to the website , which reports completion is expected in 2025.

The six-story senior living community, designed by KTGY (Chicago) on an L-shaped lot, will contain 647 units—486 independent living, 65 assisted living, 20 memory care, and 76 skilled nursing beds.

Resident amenities will include an on-site healthcare center, ground-floor retail space and dining, fitness center, library, movie theater and performing arts center, and swimming pool.

The project team also includes developer Spieker Senior Development Partners (Menlo Park, Calif.) and general contractor W.E. O’Neil Construction (Chicago).
