Developer The Benoit Group (Sandy Springs, Ga.) in partnership with Atlanta Housing has started construction on Englewood Senior, an affordable independent living community in Atlanta, according to a news release.
The $72 million project comprises 160 units, with amenities that include a fitness center, computer room, community room, and outdoor courtyard.
