Alameda Point Collaborative, Mercy Housing Plan 107-Unit Affordable Senior Living Community In Alameda, California

Permits have been filed with the city for a two-story building, designed by architecture firm Pyatok, adjacent to the Alameda Wellness Center.

Joint developers Alameda Point Collective (Alameda, Calif.) and Mercy Housing (Denver, Colo.) have filed plans for a new affordable, independent living senior community with the city government of Alameda.

The project plans call for a two-story building with 106 units, and a plaza and landscaped park to be shared with the existing, adjacent Alameda Wellness Center, according to the website sfyimby.com.

Pyatok (Oakland, Calif.) and Jett (Orinda, Calif.) would serve as project architect and  landscape architect, respectively.
