Joint developers Alameda Point Collective (Alameda, Calif.) and Mercy Housing (Denver, Colo.) have filed plans for a new affordable, independent living senior community with the city government of Alameda.
The project plans call for a two-story building with 106 units, and a plaza and landscaped park to be shared with the existing, adjacent Alameda Wellness Center, according to the website sfyimby.com.
Pyatok (Oakland, Calif.) and Jett (Orinda, Calif.) would serve as project architect and landscape architect, respectively.
