The Holly Park Community, a four-story senior apartment building, opened in April in Centennial, Colo., according to The Denver Gazette.
The 160-unit community includes 85 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, and 25 memory care suites, according to the Holly Park website.
Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness and therapy center, rooftop terrace with mountain views, private courtyard, and putting green. There are also four dining areas.
MorningStar Senior Living (Denver) operates the community and co-developed it with Edgemark Development (Denver).
