The Felician Villa II, a new 55+ affordable senior housing community, broke ground in Rio Rancho, N.M., according to the website krqe.com.
The three-story community will house 66 residential units.
The community is a project by affordable housing provider CC Housing, a division of Catholic Charities (Alexandria, Va.), and Felician Sisters (Rio Rancho). It will be funded by a $1.5 million grant from the Affordable Housing Program for housing and community development.
