Oak Trace Senior Living, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), completed the final phase of a $112 million multiphase renovation and expansion project on its campus in Downers Grover, Ill.
The final phase of the project includes a five-story, 140-unit independent living building.
The new building includes a fitness and aquatic center, performing arts center, multiple restaurant-style dining venues, salon and spa, and upscale-style coffee shop.
