Builder Del Webb (Phoenix, Ariz.) is planning a grand opening celebration of Del Webb Southern Harmony, a 55+ active adult community, in Nashville, Tenn.
Situated on 576 acres, the senior living community includes 1,111 homes, a 21,500-square-foot clubhouse with fitness center, pickleball and bocce ball courts, amphitheater, and outdoor resort pool.
The site also has 10 acres of freshwater ponds and walking trails.
