Faith-based nonprofit operator Forefront Living (Dallas) is planning Bella Vida at La Cantera, a senior living community in San Antonio, according to the website expressnews.com.
Situated on 26.5 acres, the community will comprise 164 62+ independent living units and 40 villas ranging from 820 to 2,550 square feet, as well as 16 assisted living units with memory care support.
Residents will have access to resort-style amenities including a salon and spa, fitness center, pickleball court, indoor pool, and restaurant-style dining.
Dallas-based Three is the design firm on the project.
