Developer Blue Sky Communities (Tampa, Fla.) has started construction on Casa Di Francesco, a 62+ affordable senior living community in Seffner, Fla., according to the website thetampapay100.com.
The $42 million community will house 140 one- and two-bedroom units.
Residents will have access to a clubhouse, walking trail, and community garden.
Casa Di Francesco is expected to be completed by early 2025.
