Aviva Senior Living (Sarasota, Fla.), a subsidiary of owner and operator Lloyd Jones LLC (Dallas), is planning to open Aviva, a 55+ independent living community, in Port St. Lucie, Fla., in summer 2024.
The project will house 159 units offered in one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, and two-bedroom models. Residential units will feature a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a large walk-in closet, washer and dryer, screened-in porch, and hurricane-resistant windows and doors.
Indoor amenities will include a full-service restaurant and bar, salon, fitness facilities, health services, business center, club, and multifunction rooms.
The community’s resort-style outdoor offerings will comprise a swimming pool and sundeck, pickleball courts, walking trails, and dog park.
