Belmont Village Senior Living and partner Turnberry, an Aventura, Fla.-based developer, owner, and operator, broke ground on Belmont Village Aventura, in Aventura, according to the website yahoo.finance.com.
The 180,000-square-foot independent living, assisted living, and memory care community will include 153 units with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.
Features of the residential units will include stone counters and islands with waterfall edges, stainless-steel appliances, and walk-in closets, as well as private balconies on many of the units. Penthouse units will be available on the top two floors of the 11-story building.
Additionally, residents will have access to a fine-dining restaurant, full-service bistro and rooftop bar, personal temperature-controlled wine storage with semi-private dining, fitness center, and outdoor terrace overlooking the water.
Other amenities include a wellness center, screening room, art studio, hair and nail salon, sports lounge, library, and a resort-style pool.
The project team comprises Corwil Architects (architect; Coral Gables, Fla.) and Moss Construction Management (construction; Fort Lauderdale, Fla.).
Belmont Village Aventura is expected to open in early 2026.
