The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (Phoenix) is planning to allocate $2 million to developing Suncrest Vista, an affordable senior living community in Goodyear, Ariz., according to azcentral.com.
The new 55+ community will comprise 261 units with some designated to be wheelchair accessible.
A fitness center and swimming pool are also planned for the project, which is expected to open in fall 2025.
