A former Holiday Inn is being renovated into Courtyard Luxury Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care community, in Clinton, N.J., according to the website mycentraljersey.com.
Expected to be completed in February 2024, the five-story community will include 100 assisted living units on three floors, 22 memory care beds on one floor, and 12 affordable housing units.
The 109,000-square-foot project will also include an adult day care center on the first floor that will accommodate up to 105 seniors and have a separate entrance from the residential programs.
Additionally, residents will have access to a salon, library, lounges, game room, theater, heated swimming pool, fitness center, pharmacy, and physical therapy services.
