Owner Capitol Seniors Housing (Washington, D.C.) and operator Chelsea Senior Living (Fanwood, N.J.) celebrated the grand opening of The Chelsea at Washington Township, a new luxury assisted living and memory care community in Washington Township, N.J.
The two-story, 76,700-square-foot community includes 85 residential units with one and two-bedroom options.
Community amenities comprise a bistro, sports bar, theater, multipurpose room, club room, private dining room, salon, outdoor spaces and walkways, and a secured courtyard for memory care residents.
Architecture and design firm Meyer (Ardmore, Pa.) provided visualization, architecture, and interior design services in addition to furniture, fixture and equipment procurement for the project.
The project team also includes MEP engineer Concord Engineering (Voorhees, N.J.), structural engineer Bala Consulting Engineers (New York), construction manager KBE Building Corporation (New York), and landscape architect Longstone Gardens (Lancaster, Pa.).
