Housing developer MHT Housing (Bingham Farms, Mich.) opened a new affordable senior living community, called The Rev. Dr. Jim Holley Residences, in Detroit’s Piety Hill neighborhood, according to the website detroit.urbanize.city.
The $18 million project includes 60 energy-efficient units.
Amenities include a community room with a full kitchen.
